Under 11 Football
St Michael's Under 11 A's recorded a resounding victory (5-1) over First Tower on their opreing game of the season. The B Team fixture against the same opposition was a much more close run affair with the sides sharing the spoils (3-3).

Archie King netted a hat trick. His first goal was struck from wide on the right and sailed into the top left hand corner after play moved down the right wing. His second came from a corner and third goal build from the back after a decisive through from Harvey Bracken Smith sent Archie on his way to clinically place the ball past the First Tower keeper to round off a strong performance from the right winger.
James Smith in his first game at centre forward grabbed two good goals. The first being a well executed finish as Tower struggled to clear the ball from a chip through by Harvey a Bracken Smith. James' second goal followed a deft chest down of the ball from Archie king from a poor clearance by the First Tower Defence. Archie King who had drifted inside took full advantage. This set James Smith away to volley home from the edge of the box for his second goal and put the game beyond a valiant opposition.

Industrious and hardworking performance from a squad of 10 players . St Michael's opened the scoring with a stunning strike on the volley from the left hand edge of the First Tower penalty box from Josh Campbell..... A quick equaliser from First Tower was soon over turned with a terrific strike from Hamish Hollywood...firing the ball Across the keeper from an inside right position. Despite excellent positioning from debutant goalkeeper Richard Hare, First Tower levelled again to make it 2-2. A switch in position for Joe Powell into central midfield saw him find space after a surging run ended with the ball in the back of the net. First tower fought back to level at 3-3 and despite heavy pressure and endeavour from the home team St. Michael's, the scores remained level
