Thursday 4th May 2017

Current and prospective parents are warmly invited to join us in school from 09.35 - 10.45 to see the school in action. You are encouraged to come in to observe children in their lessons and to also move around the school to see what else is on offer at St. Michael’s school. The Headmster will address prospective parents at 10.50 in the Pre-Prep Music Room. The main topic under discussion will be the innuagral 'Shell Year' (Year 9) starting in September '17 but this will also afford an opportunity for questions to be raised in a broader context.

Refreshments will be available for all visitors in the Sports Hall from 08.45.

Senior Schools from the UK shall set up their 'pitch' in the Sports Hall from 08.45 and we would encourage parents to have a look around the fair. We have a wide-range of Senior Schools in attendance this year (please see the current list below); co-educational and girls/boys single-sex boarding schools. Even if you already have your eye on a Senior School or have chosen your child’s senior school then do still come over and chat to the registrar/head present, they would love to see you.

The Senior Schools Fair is designed to be an informal way of finding out a little more about different UK schools without having to initially visit them. Representatives will be on hand to answer any queries as well as being able to provide you with various brochures. The majority of the staff attending will be Registrars, Heads and/or Deputy Heads, who will be able to answer questions relating to entry and procedure. Prospective parents from outside of St. Michael’s are warmly invited to attend.
